Mumblet is built so that your toddler can practice words without giving up any personal information. This policy explains what we collect, what we don’t, and the choices you have.

Who we are
Mumblet (“Mumblet”, “we”, “us”) is a speech practice web app for toddlers and preschoolers ages 2 to 6, operated by [Legal name], [Address], Colombia. Our website address is https://mumblet.com. You can reach us at contact@mumblet.com.

The short version
We never record or store your child’s voice.
We don’t ask children for any personal information, and there are no ads.
Practice progress stays on your own device.
If you buy a plan, our payment provider handles your payment details. We never see your full card number.
We don’t sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Children’s privacy
Mumblet is made for young children to use with a parent or caregiver. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Children are never asked for a name, email, photo or location, and there are no chat features, public profiles, ads or links to social media inside the practice area.
Accounts, purchases and emails are for parents and adults only. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email contact@mumblet.com and we will delete it.

Your child’s voice
When your toddler taps Mumble and says a word, Mumblet checks whether the word was heard. Mumblet itself never records, saves or sends audio to our servers.
To recognize the word, your web browser may use its own built-in speech service, provided by the browser’s maker (for example Google or Apple). That processing happens under the browser maker’s privacy policy, not ours. You can turn the microphone off at any time in your browser settings and still use Mumblet by listening and repeating.

What we collect
Practice progress: the words practiced, rounds finished and level. We use it so you can continue where you left off. It is stored in your browser on your device, not on our servers.
Email address: only if you sign up for emails or buy a plan. We use it to send what you asked for and to manage your plan.
Purchase details: your plan, country and payment status, shared with us by [Payment provider] when you buy a plan, so we can give you access.
Basic technical data: browser type, pages visited and approximate country, collected when you visit mumblet.com. We use it to keep the site secure, fix problems and understand which pages help parents.
Messages you send us: when you email us, so we can answer you.

Payments
Payments are processed by [Payment provider], which acts as the merchant of record for all orders. [Payment provider] collects and stores your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive only what we need to give you access, such as your email, plan and payment status.

Emails
If you sign up for emails, we use [Email tool] to send them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.

Cookies and device storage
Mumblet stores practice progress in your browser’s local storage so you don’t lose your place. The website may also use essential cookies to keep the site working and secure. We do not use advertising cookies or ad tracking.

Embedded content from other websites
Some pages may include embedded content, such as YouTube videos. Embedded content from other websites behaves the same way as if you visited those websites directly, and they may collect data about you and use cookies under their own privacy policies.

Who we share your data with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run Mumblet: our website host, [Payment provider] and [Email tool]. Each one may use it only to provide its service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it. We never sell or rent personal information.

How long we retain your data
We keep your email and purchase records while you have a plan and for as long as tax and accounting laws require afterward. Progress stored on your device stays there until you clear your browser data.

What rights you have over your data
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you emails. Email contact@mumblet.com from the address on your account and we will answer within 15 business days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, for example under Colombia’s data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012), the EU and UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws.

Where your data is sent
Mumblet is operated from Colombia, and our service providers may store data in other countries, including the United States. We only work with providers that protect personal information.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change is i
