Round complete
Toddler speech practice in 4 steps
- Sit beside your toddler and pick a category or a letter.
- Tap Listen, then let your toddler say the word.
- Say it back to them, and point to the real thing if it’s nearby (“Where’s your cup?”).
- Stop after one round. Five minutes is plenty.
Tips for a happy round
- If your toddler doesn’t say the word, say it yourself, smile and move on. Listening counts too.
- Celebrate the try, not the perfect sound.
- Stop while it’s still fun, even mid-round.

Bottom note:
Mumblet supports speech practice at home. It isn’t therapy. If you’re worried about your toddler’s speech, talk to a speech-language pathologist. You can find one through ASHA ProFind.
